A well
written and concise introduction to aikido and it's philosophy of blending
and harmony. It also includes a short history of the art and its Founder,
Morihei Ueshiba. The author graciously allows free duplication and distribution
of the primer and some of it's materials appear on the Prairie-Aikikai website.
